Listing activity and business messages
LokalList records listing views and contact clicks using a random first-party visitor cookie lasting one day. Events are deduplicated by browser and day; the activity records do not store your IP address. We honour browser Do Not Track for this feature. Contact clicks do not establish that an enquiry or sale took place.
Enquiries are visible to the sender and current listing owner. Staff receive messages submitted through our contact form. Business owners can opt in to message emails, performance reports and renewal reminders in their listing dashboard. Payment processing is handled by Dragonpay; LokalList does not collect card numbers.
